Here I sit, waiting for another flight, and my back aches. A lot. Why?
I think I know why...I suspect it is because I have become lazy and sedentary, and my body is finally fed up with me. So, I commit, between just the three of us (you me and the post) to make the next 2 weeks a time of transformation, to get out of the office chair, to be active, to reject laziness and start this new journey from post to post at a brisk pace.
I want to run this race, not fall asleep behind the wheel.
